I just looked through some video/pictures of what I created when I started dabbling in some media to help promote me or better yet, just to get the feels for what I look liked on camera.

I was surprised to say the least that yes I have grown into a more comfortable person in front of the camera. Of course I one day soon will do a platform event that will show me in person not behind a screen, although I feel I need more of a following for that at the moment. I know I have grown also, in knowing with who I am and what I can offer to those who wish to have me help them. I am content. I am happy at the stance I have taken to discover me. Big smiles from me!!

So, I start to think wow look how far I have come and then over my brain radio loud speaker sings this: Matchbox 20 hit,  Look how far we’ve come.

Amazed that the in sync radio channel is working well also!!

All is well here in Cloncurry for today, have been having a little me time as requested by the angels this morning. So, off for some meditation before heading to school to get the crew. As I say to my nephew, “keep it real homie”, just a small remark to make sure he is happy and himself. To all of you that read or watch, same to you, “keep it real homie”!

The magic under the moon last night was so spiritually lovely, I am finding it hard to find the words. The absorbing rays were magnetizing and very generous. I will admit the company I had attending helped make the Full Moon Release so amazing!

Sitting on grounding earth with kindred spirits setting intentions on fire was so liberating and the universe bathed us with eternal harmony. The moments of laughing, prayers and stories that were hilarious yet expressive.

I won’t discuss the full details, but encourage others to do the same. Do Full Moon releasing and be “moon” soaked and allow your heart to know the universe has heard and will respond accordingly. Something small and when you get used to doing it, make it a little bigger or longer if you wish.

I will be creating a little something for Moon Phases and with much love it will be a formatted descriptive document to help you get started with your magical sessions! Who is up for it?!

If someone were to tell me years ago that I was going to end up becoming a healing medium I guess I would of laughed. Yes things used to happen and the curiosity of spirit always was intriguing. I guess the most surprise to me is how my words or actions can help others. In an inspirational way.

I love to share happy, loving, knowledge, emotional and basic information that will make you think, even for a second. I like that I can help people. It is what I am here to do. I know it and thank all my listeners for being available to help me along the way.You know your eyes and ears are important to me. To my business. To my heart. To the wider community. It gives me heartfelt emotions that warm me up and generosity makes me feel so GOOD!

What about you? Paid it Forward lately? Helped someone out of late? Doesn’t have to be financial or emotional, could be possibly a helping hand up those set of stairs or grabbing that item from the top shelf. Whatever it is, give. Give small amounts of your heart with intent and kindness. Remind yourself that everyone has differences and varied levels of awesomeness. Be generous. Be kind. Be happy that you received those fuzzy feelings too.

I told a client today that if she felt she needed a hug, hug someone. Hug a child as most have lovely energy to give. Hug someone and with the most heartfelt love you can imagine. Love. Love is the only item of energy you cannot buy. I will tell you that much now. I mean the love that comes from within, satisfies the heart with content, matches your souls wants and bodies desire. That deep down LOVE. You know what I mean? If you think that Love is just 2 people having sex or someone buying you gifts is love, well I will remind you, it’s not. In my opinion anyway. I feel Love can be shared with anyone. It is a connection that embraces friendship, kinship, animals, family, and more I suspect. So hug ………..(fill that space) and send the vibrational energy of love. It works wonders, trust me!!

So back to the start I guess before I rambled on! I just want to say I really love what I do. And feel very blessed that I can do it!

My meditation today was a little off kilter. I chose to do it to random music and of course preparing the usual technique…..then i was relaxing when all of a sudden,”Jamie Fraser” the character from “Outlander” (TV Series) was standing there before me. Of course I got excited and thought nah, what the…? Now for anyone that doesn’t know he is a scotsman from the 1700’s and wore the kilt and was a highlander that of course is the main character in these tv series/books.

Now I focus and ask for my main guide to step forward and he does.Dressed in his usual attire but looks like Jamie…..now I am dumbfounded. I liked him looking like Jim Morrison but he looked like Jamie. I am not sure if guides change how they look but he did. He was that muscular redhead and an accent that melted my bonny heart!Ha! Sounding the sort anyway! So, we are gawking at each other and then we dance. We waltz around the room laughing and giggling. Holding each other like we had won the lottery and our joy was so exciting. I could even feel his grasp on my back while we jolted around the room like kindy kids!

I think needless to say, he missed me. Whether he looked like Jamie or Jim, he gives me the feeling of light, important, loved, adored and attentive. I am writing this now and thinking of how bloody lucky I am to have such a spunk as my guide. Ahhh so lovely. And I guide in regards to guides, my main female guide has gone. She no longer is beside me but instead another gentleman i am yet to dance with.

Everyone has guides. They are with you when you choose your parents, with you in utero, with you at birth and so on. It is worthwhile to get to know your guides, whether by yourself or guided from another. They are here to guide you to your purpose and of course allow you to create the life you wish.

My heart sings when I see the story my eldest daughter continues to write and illustrate. Her imagination is like a wildfire at times and the latest novel is innocent and creative. Of course it involves fairies and toadstools of which I encourage her to embrace her ability to form such worlds. I am in awe at how beautiful and lovely she is, so grateful to have a love like her.

My heart is singing when I receive the utmost beary hugs from my youngest. He is such a little lover and so cuddly even on a warm summer day! His smile melts and oozes love. Ahh such a beautiful boy, love him to pieces.

No. 2 and No. 3 are creating a treasure hunt…..with a treat at the end. The maps are made and chalk path paved on the cement downstairs. My heart sings today as they are cooperating and working together to do an activity I didn’t even have to create. Bless those billy lids and I love them to pluto and back xx.

I will admit there isn’t a day doesn’t go by I think to myself gosh I am grateful. Grateful to be a good mum to some pretty awesome babes. Grateful to be married to a fantastic dad, husband and eternal mate. Grateful we have plenty of water in our taps, food in our fridge, roof on our house, etc etc. We have what we need and I am grateful for it. Forever grateful x.

My heart is singing today. I am in awe of the beauty of where we live. It is a sunny, breezy day and with our lush lawn, it is so peaceful. My heart sings that spirit is with me and continue to connect to me when asked. Bliss 🙂

I wonder if there are others that have this feeling too? That feeling that makes your heart shine like gold and radiates happiness. I would love to hear if you have had moments like this? I like to see who reads and responds.

Comments. Mmmm you can either let them affect you or brush them off and rise higher amongst the bog. I used to let things bother me with what people used to say and think about me, for now, I more or less brush them off. What about you?

I am learning to dissolve those comments before they affect me and allow them to vanish before they get to my aura. Try anyways. You can shield and ground as much as you want, it really is to be mentally prepared on how to do this. How?

Prepare, Process and Push On.

Prepare yourself for the day. Shield and empower yourself with self confidence, gratefulness, energy and acceptance. When a situation presents itself, process the comment or energy and allow yourself to briefly comprehend do I want this to have an effect or not? Process it and place it in the correct box that suits you. Then push on. Push through the situation, work through the effects, or simply push on and be the terrific person you are! Why let the world rain on your parade?

I want people to live amongst each other in harmony. This doesn’t mean there won’t be disagreements but rather you choosing to allow what you want in your life.You are not being led by others or by certain situation. You wear your own crown in your own palace.

A lesson for me today as a certain comment was made, was heck no, I am not a fool and definitely need to take care of me better. I want certain things and if I can improve on those areas, I will. I know I am heading to the top, not boasting or being full of myself, it realistically is what I am shown. What I have been told. 🙂

Today marks an anniversary that a lovely 4 legged soul moved onto the next. His presence was so lovely and always had time for a hug. He drooled at the sight of a snack and I guess even if you looked like you were cooking something succulent. His wonderful nature and non aggressive ways, always a gentleman. I remember last year when we had discussed when it was time to help him  to the rainbow bridge and how much it was delayed by medication and love. He was a large breed of dog, and at 12 years of age, he had lived a full life or royalty and was so cherished by all of his family and mine. I know you are resting well under that shady tree and playing in the clouds with Fergie n Bruce. Your mum is thinking of you heaps today old man, maybe have a little rest with her tonight. For my nephew Detroit or Beetroot as Gus called you, we love you lots and tonight this is for you x.

 The Chakras. The all eternal zones that help coordinate this life we are gifted with. I chose to add this picture and do a little big blabbing as it will help people understand what they are and what each Chakra does.

As you can see each Chakra has a beautiful colour and when I do reiki i see those colours accordingly. Sometimes they are in shapes, flowers or spinning turbines. There are more Chakras within our auric field although these are the main 7. These are the targeted areas that I work with and balancing these help with easing issues you may have. Although you physically cannot see them with your eyesight, they are there helping you.

I work with all 7 and generally start at the feet and then work from the head down. Sweeping and cleaning these areas and clearing any debris I see. It can be an emotional time, clearing all unwanted energy, removing blocks that are stagnant on the chakras. It also releases those burdens that may weigh heavy within and also can help with aches n pains. There are symbols and intentions I use also to help within the healing. These are Japanese symbols and internal intentions I wish for my client. Also if guided, I will light a candle and use crystals to help with those chakra points to encourage a greater healing.

I guess that is just a touch of what I do when I do reiki. A glimpse as the clients of late have had readings added to the healing which has allowed the experience to be much more beneficial and moving. An amazing gift I can give to those who wish to see me or have help with healing.

If you haven’t come for a balance, try it. Then you will get to know what it is all about and walk away feeling lighter and more refreshed.

Self Belief will get me to where I want to be. I believed this and of course told this by others. But deep down, the doubt was there. Still blocking me, bloody learning curve! But, since processing things differently, I understand I needed to see it from another angle. Realise the truth to this quote.

I am now standing alone without anyone guiding. I have grown this courage from within and now standing in my power of where I want to be. Not alone of course but owning what I want and walking the path to where I want to go. It was confirmed to me in a dream that I am recalibrating up again (thank you!) to allow more strength to form around this strong person I am. I still look for validations but am reminded no, you are on your own, sort it yourself! So amongst the fog, there is more clarity coming to me and loving it.

Spirit have come back again and love it. Seeing things again and feeling energies has made me feel like i am back in the seat and driving my “car” again.  Plus, I am looking forward to tomorrow as I am starting massage and will be playing with my new crystal ball!!!! She is amazing and for some reason I get a mermaid energy. Totally charismatic and engaging! More on that tomorrow.

If I could leave you with one thought, it would be so simple. Enjoy your life and live your life the way you want to within reason. The light is within you, just allow it to come to the surface and reveal the true you.

Today is a I miss my family day……

Amongst things that are out of my control, my emotions and feelings towards those issues have played havoc with my inner being. Wanting to rescue and help like always but of course the restrictions of my own life have me thinking to get back into the yard and allow the universe to do its job with that situation.

I have watched 2 movies today that have sparked many thoughts about my parents and of course made me think of memories. I miss my mum as we live 2000km away and about to be further away after April as mum moves to be closer to her mum. I miss my Dad today more than anything. I think about when he was sick, what he would be thinking today and what advice he might have offered even if it was explicit. That was his way, but in a good way most of the time. Always had a story or knew someone that knew another. I guess I once again miss the comfort of having them there if you need them, then in the future they will both be gone……..lord help me then.

Maybe today was a day of processing more grief of past and thinking about how to not to let these type of things affect me. I pulled an Angel card today and it sent the message to take care of me. I plan to do just that. Have a lovely relaxing bath and do some much needed meditation.

Plus I miss my husband. Secretly. He has gone to visit his family this weekend and even though it has been nice it has been lonely. Miss talking to him and having hugs. And I guess having the man about the house. The kids are looking forward to tomorrow when he returns. Yay! The big man will be home!!

All in all, I think I just needed to release this from me. See my emotions on paper or screen, to allow myself to know I am human and I can sort this stuff out like a big girl. I thank all of you who read this. It may not make sense to anyone but me, but hey, it’s my blog! I want to empower someone this week, I will create more business this week and terrifically fuel the fire that burns the passion within this healing body.
